Candidate Vetting

All of our candidates go through a multi-step vetting process prior to be submitted to a employer for consideration. This includes ensuring proper training, OSHA certs, years of experience & more.

Hiring Criteria

Any candidates that is submitted to the client for review will meet the prerequisite criteria discussed in our client intake call. This can include things like years of experience, previous project experience, & more.

Briefing

Candidates will be debriefed on the job opportunity & must express explicit interest in the particular position prior to be presented to clients. We want to help you find a successful, long-term hire!
