    • Included in your bill rate are all SUTA, FUTA, federal and state tax payments, and unemployment insurance. Your bill rate also includes general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and workers’ compensation claims management in the event of an incident. All drug/background screen costs are incorporated as well.

    • Not only does Snelling have a massive database of candidates, but we also have a variety of unique tools that allow us to find who you need – fast. We handle all screening, qualifying, and vetting before presenting you with a candidate, reserving your time for only those capable of hitting your mark.

    • When dealing with people, things don’t always go according to plan. Thankfully, at Snelling, we prepare for the unexpected. In the rare event an employee is not a perfect fit, a replacement will be sourced quickly and efficiently – with no additional charges or fees.
